Ryan Casey is a Robotics PhD student co-advised by Dr. Aaron Young and Dr. Ani Mazumdar. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Biomedical Engineering. Ryan’s research focus is on wearable robotics and is currently working on designing and fabricating a “second skin”: a portable biomechanical data sensing device.
During his free time, Ryan competes in powerlifting and strongman, and is a major sleep enthusiast.
