Matt is a Mechanical Engineering PhD student interested in the design and machine learning-driven control of wearable robotics. He received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where he studied open-loop human control strategies and improving metabolic cost estimation sample efficiency. Outside of the lab, Matt enjoys rock climbing, hiking, running, and making music.
