Hangyeol is a Mechanical Engineering PhD student advised by Dr. Aaron Young. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Sogang University, focused on designing and controlling actuation mechanisms for robotic applications. He is currently working on designing ankle exoskeleton projects and has research interests in wearable robotics design and control strategies for the clinical population. Outside of the lab, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and biking.
